Your tasks Development and execution of optical and or mechanical Integration and Alignment campaigns within a large Space Project Plan the alignment campaign, harmonize the approach with the other disciplines and establish the relevant documents like alignment plan and procedure Lead the execution of alignment campaign as well as evaluation of measurement results, its interpretation and justification for project decisions Define, develop and technically procure the optical ground support equipment OGSE and ensure its proper implementation and usage throughout the optical verification campaign Permanent development of the processes following state of the art methods and the professional training of AIT staff Your profile Diploma in engineering, physics or similar subjects Practical experience within large space projects, in particular in Phase CD, preferable with emphasis on optical instruments Knowledge about the state of the art alignment and optical measurement technologies in the space industry, e.g. theodolites, laser tracker, mechanical coordinate measurement machine together with the related control software and OGSE Experience with the planning and the leading of alignment campaigns at instrument and or satellite level Ability to work in a structured way, high degree of motivation and identification with the group and the respective project Please address your application to Ms.Miriia Buckau miriia.buckauakka.eu
