Handling max inrush current of 20 A at max peak voltage, MCL20 500100-A provides inrush current limiting and overcurrent protection for 480–930 V welding equipment and plasma cutters. Radial-leaded solution, with 9 mm dia, 9 mm max profile, and 7.8 mm lead spacing, mounts to PCB and is available with straight leads and outside or inside kinked leads. At 25°C, product offers 50 Ω resistance with 20% tolerance, 55.0 mW/°C dissipation constant, 5.45 J/°C heat capacity, and 62 s thermal constant.
