When someone would come to his Library Road restaurant for a meal of chicken parmesan, a pasta dish, or any other of the establishment's specialties, they would inevitably ask to purchase a quart of Pasta Too spaghetti sauce. “They would always ask why I didn't bottle the sauce,” Piacquadio said during a recent interview in his office.
