Featuring IP69K-rated 316 stainless steel housing with 18 mm barrel design, Model M18-4 is suited for harsh industrial environments where abrasive chemicals and ingress fluid are present. DC-operated sensor, built with ASIC technology, is resistant to fluorescent light and offers high level of crosstalk avoidance. To accommodate diverse applications, M18-4 is available in opposed, polarized, and non-polarized retroreflective as well as diffuse and fixed-field sensing modes.
