Meagan Nichols of the Memphis Business Journal discovered a December 11th building permit listed for Nike Inc. requesting "installation of new hydrogen refueling infrastructure foundation at its Memphis distribution center. There has been some anxiety amongst PLUG investors that Nike could be lost as a potential customer since no updates have been provided since Plug's May 27th press release.
