Positive real estate market in Swift Current despite sales decrease

There are a series of positive signs for Swift Current's real estate market despite a statistical drop in sales. In analyzing the statistics recently released from the real estate association, Century 21 Accord Realty agent Kelsey Adam says he has no concerns about the local housing conditions, despite sales numbers being down 24 per cent from last year.
