It employs some 40,000 employees generating revenues of approximately 14 billion per year. A vacancy for a Prime Projects EEE Parts Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence Space in Stevenage. You will provide quality and expertise services for EEE Electrical, Electronic and Electromechanical parts to a prime contractors project team. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include Optimize the selection process of EEE parts and supports the procurement w.r.t. the requirements, interfacing with all AirbusDS actors involved in the EEE parts process. Manage the external subcontractors in his domain. Support the project team and he interfaces with the final customer for all EEE parts dossiers. The PPEs activities are described in an internal document and are summarized below Definition of EEE parts requirements applicable to the project Consolidation of EEE parts documents DCL Declared Components Lists, alerts, Review and approval of subcontractors compliances to project requirements Participation or support to project reviews EQSR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, DRB, Approval of components selection via PADs Part Approval Documents or JDs Justification Dossiers issued by subcontractors Management of PCBs Parts Control Boards assessing all EEE activities done by subcontractors, with final customer representation as required. Support NRBs and approval of RFDs, RFWs and NCRs related to EEE parts Management of EEE alerts application by subcontractors Assessment of EEE parts activities done by subcontractors Contribution to project reporting and management of EEE documentation DCLs, PADs, qualification status, NCRs, alerts, . We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Degree in Engineering Electrical Engineering with background in QualityProduct Assurance within a SpaceAerospace environment. Electronic and technological knowledge of the different EEE parts families. Knowledge of the space EEE parts market and the associated normative environment European and US. Awareness of Project Management would be desirable. Familiar with project organizations end customer prime subcontractors. Good communications and interfacing skills. Advanced level of English.
