Fresh off the plane from India, Research Triangle Park-based RTI International CEO Wayne Holden says the firm's newly opened New Delhi subsidiary has a real chance to change the world. A Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation-funded effort to develop a waterless toilet for use in developing nations is among the subsidiary's missions.
