RTL reshuffles management, plans bigger dividend pay-out after record H1 sales

(Telecompaper) RTL Group has announced a further shake-up of its management, after reporting first-half results near the high end of its forecast for the year. The company also updated its dividend policy to pay out a higher share of profit to shareholders.
