Real estate industry loses well-respected advocate

The Manitoba and Canadian real estate industries have lost one of their staunchest advocates with the death of longtime Manitoba Real Estate Association chief executive Brian Collie. "Brian's depth of character and wisdom made him an invaluable mentor to countless people in organized real estate in Manitoba and across Canada," MREA president Roberta Weiss said in a written statement issued over the Easter long weekend.
