A group of realtors from across the country met with FEMA officials in Washington, D.C., Wednesday on an issue key to the Minot area: flood insurance. North Dakota District 5 Rep. Scott Louser, who also manages Preferred Real Estate in Minot, represented the entire Midwest at the national meeting.
