Hey, Bloomingdale! It looks like you're going to get a brand spanking new retail option. The Bloomingdale Neighborhood blog reported that Harris Teeter signed a non-binding Letter of Intent to open a roughly 53,000-square-foot grocery store in Parcel 4 of the McMillan project.
