RockTenn and MWV Announce Anticipated Election Deadline of June 23, 2015

NORCROSS, Ga., and RICHMOND, Va., June 3, 2015 -- Rock-Tenn Company and MeadWestvaco Corporation today announced an anticipated election deadline of 5 p.m., Eastern Time, on June 23, 2015 , for RockTenn shareholders to elect the form of consideration they wish to receive in the combination of the two packaging companies into WestRock Company . The Election Deadline may be extended if the RockTenn meeting of shareholders is postponed or adjourned, in which case RockTenn and MWV will issue a press release announcing the new election deadline.
