Schmidt back on Agrium board of directors after Louis Dreyfus job falls through

Agrium Inc. said Monday that Mayo Schmidt, a former head of the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool and its successor, Viterra Corp., has rejoined the company's board of directors. Schmidt resigned from the board late last year in anticipation of taking a job as chief executive of Louis Dreyfus Commodities.
