Intended for use on 70–90 ksi pipe, Pipeliner® LH-D 80, 90, and 100 Stick Electrodes have durable coating that stays intact without breaking during shipping and in use. SMAW electrodes meet H4R low hydrogen and moisture resistant requirements. Suitable for welders of all experience levels, electrodes exhibit optimized puddle control and no spill at bottom of pipe. Products are Q2 lot controlled and tested with actual deposit composition and mechanical properties for each lot.
