Housed in low-profile DO-214AA SMB package, TPSMB Series provides secondary protection of sensitive automotive and other electronics from transients induced by load dump and other transient voltage events. Units are available in standoff voltage ratings from 10–77 V for both uni-directional and bi-directional devices. Featuring 600 W peak pulse power dissipation rating, diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and comply with IEC 61000-4-2 and IEC 610000-4-4 standards.
