Telia nominates new chairperson on request of Swedish state

(Telecompaper) Telia Company said the Swedish state, as its largest shareholder, has called for an Extraordinary General Meeting with the aim of electing a new board member and a new chairperson to take over from chairwoman Marie Ehrling. The state owns 38.35 percent of the operator. Telia said its nomination committee has proposed Lars-Johan Jarnheimer to succeed Ehrling.
