Our client is a new joint venture between two large European space companies. Using their long heritage in the space industry, they are developing the nextgeneration European launchers and manned space vehicles. They have several offices in Germany and France, those in Germany are located in Bremen and Munich. Currently they are heavily involved in the development of Europes most advanced launcher, Ariane 5 6 and NASAs manned spaceflight vehicle, ORION. To support the Integration and Testing of Ariane 5 EPS, ESCA, VEB and MPCV components, assemblies and systems, they are looking for a Test Operator. Tasks and Responsibilities The key focus in this role will be on the Integration and Testing of Ariane 5 EPS, ESCA, VEB and MPCV components, assemblies and systems. The main tasks are broken down as follows Work execution after work preparation Documentation, raw material, repair kits and standard parts as well as electronic components or assemblies with manufacturing instructions Test preparation and test of electronic systems assemblies before delivery Perform final configuration adjustments Final configuration of readytodeliver electronic systems assemblies Conformity check regarding specifications and diagnosis as well as correction of errors of the electronic systems assemblies Carrying out an initial quality control. Requirements University degree in ElectricalElectronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent At least 2 years experience in AIT and Quality engineering for spacecraft andor launcher systems A good knowledge of ECSS standards Communicative and proactive personality Good knowledge of SAP and MSOffice Fluency in English.
