ScanWorks HSIO for Intel® Architecture (IA) bundles tools for all 3 Intel silicon brands – Xeon®, Core™, and Atom™ – under one license. Tools work with Intel® Silicon View Technology (Intel® SVT) electrical validation capabilities to measure and optimize operational timing and voltage margins on high-speed data links and buses, all of which terminate in processor or chipset.
