AIKEN STANDARD FILE PHOTO In 2013, residents along Lyon Drive, near Banks Mill Road, complained after they found several magnolia trees trimmed. Throughout the year, SCE&G commits to cutting back trees in an effort to decrease safety hazards for residents and their linemen, and to lessen the trees' growth into power lines.
