Featuring special passivation method, TNPW/TNPU Series offers optimal moisture resistivity, tested according to 85°C/85% biased humidity test. TNPW is suitable for precision down to 0.1% 10 ppm and supplied in 0402 to 1210 sizes, while TNPU offers tighter precision down to 0.02% 5 ppm, with 3 package sizes of 0603, 0805, and 1206. AEC-Q200 qualified and sulfur impervious, resistors are suited for applications such as imaging, battery management, DC/DC converters, and ultrasound probes.
