Respectively, Vishay Beyschlag MMA 0204 HV (500 V) and MMB 0207 HV (1,000 V) come in 0204 and 0207 case sizes and offer resistance range of 340 kΩ to 10 MΩ with tolerance of ±1%, TCR of ± 50 ppm/K, rated power dissipation to 0.4 and 1.0 W at +70°C, and long-term stability down to <0.5% after 1,000 hr. Both lead (Pb)-free, RoHS-compliant, and halogen-free devices are built on metal film technology and are suitable for processing on automatic SMD assembly systems.
