Whether or not you believe in ghosts, there is one house in the state of New York that is haunted without a doubt in the eyes of the law - the state Supreme Court declared it legally haunted in 1991. The house in question, which sits on the banks of the Hudson River at the end of a cul-de-sac in the village of Nyack, was at the heart of a court case that has come to be known as the Ghostbusters Ruling.
