Precision of angular tip/tilt motion of top platform is provided around 2 orthogonal axes. Accelerations of these flexure-guided, electro-ceramic driven systems enable step response times in sub-millisecond range with frictionless backlash-free motion. Also, single pivot-point design prevent drawback of polarization rotation.
