Tops Markets promotes five executives

Williamsville-based Tops Markets LLC on Tuesday announced five executive level promotions on the heels of it naming a new president and chief operating officer, John Persons, this month. "I am very confident that these promotions in our executive management will contribute greatly to Tops' strategic focus on continued growth and success in serving our many customers and their communities," Persons said in a statement.
