Tory Burch has good reason to kick up her heels, or make that her famous Reva ballerina flats, these days. Her New York-based fashion empire is now worth $3.5 billion, according to a report in Women's Wear Daily today that cites the new figure based on a recent round of share swaps that allowed the private company's early investors to cash out and gain access to some enviable returns.
