New luxury apartments are part of a mixed-use development at 1250 9th St. NW in the District's Shaw neighborhood, developed by a partnership consisting of Oculus Realty , CAS Riegler Companies , CityInterests and Douglas Development Corp . The five-story, 64,500-square-foot building includes 70 apartments and 8,500 square feet of retail space.
