Used-car sales are expected to rise this month the number could reach 3,457,244 in October, up from about 3.2 million in September. TrueCar also thinks the number of new to used will be 1:3 for October. Light duty new vehicle sales (including fleet) should reach 1,241,235 units, up 14.2% from October 2012 and 9.5% from September.
