Featuring 2 servomotor-driven turntables on shuttle transfer cart for facilitated loading/unloading during automated grit blasting cycle, RB-72 TT is designed for descaling and surface preparation of components up to 66 in. dia and 4,000 lb. Other features include 6-axis Fanuc M-710iA robot, Fanuc R-30iB controller, and safety light curtains. Scanner wand at each side of robotic grit blasting system automates component identification and call-up of correct process recipe and motion program.
