Brexit or no-Brexit, deal or no-deal, UK's clothing imports have already experienced a radical change in the past years, over surging uncertainties. Retailers have limited logistical operations within the U.K., as far as possible, as reflected by a surge of direct clothing imports from other European countries. Our statistical series provide a comprehensive picture of U.K.'s clothing imports in the 2nd quarter 2015-2019, including volume, value (UK pounds), and unit value changes per destination. Market shares are also available with a series of indices offering a 4-year perspective. Knit, woven, and total apparel exports are separately displayed. All data are available for download.
