USDAs Salmonella Action Plan Includes Pork

Scott Shearer, Bockorny Group, Washington, DC USDAs Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) recently released its Salmonella Action Plan in an effort to reduce the number of individuals sickened by Salmonella in meat and poultry products.
