Telegraph: David Cameron has said that 6 billion of British taxpayers' money is to be spent tackling global climate change, promising that the UK will play its part. In a move which could anger Tory backbenchers, the Prime Minister increased the amount of aid money going to the International Climate Fund by around 50 per cent.
