Updated Port of Vancouver celebrates completion of trench project

The Port of Vancouver on Thursday morning celebrated the completion of a new $30 million rail entrance project. Dubbed the "trench," it allows trains to move under the Columbia River Rail Bridge and to avoid conflicts with BNSF Railway and Union Pacific Railroad mainlines.
