A 673-acre property, the Moran Ranch, located just north of Houston in the Conroe/Willis area, is up for sale, according to the Houston Chronicle . The property's listing price was not disclosed, but it is being marketed by Los Angeles-based commercial real estate firm, CBRE Inc., and includes a lake and hardwood and pine plantations and is 22 miles from the new Exxon Mobil Corp. campus, reports the Chronicle.
