Available in 4 and 1.5 lb sizes, Devcon® R-Flex™ Belt Repair Kit is formulated to repair tears, gouges, and holes in styrene-butadiene rubber conveyor belts. Offering abrasion resistance, R-Flex urethane mixes as liquid and within 3–4 minutes becomes non-sagging, self-leveling putty with working time of 7–9 min and functional cure of 1.5 hr. Each kit includes R-Flex resin, curing agent, 2-part surface conditioner, mix bucket, wooden paddle, scrub pad, gloves, paper towels, and plastic spatula.
