Volkswagen Helps Customers Identify Tainted Cars

Volkswagen AG took steps Friday to help customers assess whether their vehicles are fitted with emissions-test-cheating software, launching websites that let drivers check vehicle identification numbers online. The service is available for Audi, Volkswagen and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles customers in Germany.
