Watch: Michael O'Leary surprises 13 millionth Ryanair passenger at Shannon Airport

One Ryanair passenger and his family got quite a shock today as the airline's colourful chief Michael O'Leary turned at Shannon Airport to congratulate them for becoming the airline's 13th million passenger at the airport. Christmas came early for Piotr Rachuta and his wife Marta and 4 year old daughter Amelia were travelling back to Poland on the Shannon-Wroclaw flight when they got the news.
