Toronto Star: As Prime Minister Justin Trudeau tries to kick-start a climate-change deal with the premiers, the economy is doing him no favours. Statistics Canada reports that in inflation-adjusted terms, Canada's gross domestic product rose by just 1.2 per cent last year. It's not expected to do much better this year.
