UnitedHealth Group Inc. will release its second-quarter earnings Thursday morning as consolidation in the health insurance industry heats up. Analysts are expecting to see earnings of about $1.58 per share on $36 billion in revenue for the quarter, up from $1.42 per share and about $33 billion a year earlier.
