New York Times: The cooling towers of Britains biggest power station are visible for miles across the flat farmland here in northeast England. But for Drax, the company that owns and operates the plant, there is trouble on the horizon. Delegates at the Paris climate conference this week are trying to map a future less clouded by carbon emissions from coal-fired power plants like this one. And last month, the British government proposed banning coal-burning power stations in the country altogether by 2025. No wonder...
