(Telecompaper) French telecom magnate Xavier Niel is opening a free software engineering school in Fremont, California, based on an existing model in Paris. The founder of mobile and broadband operator Free bought two buildings close to internet giants and start-up hubs, writes the Silicon Valley Business Journal.
