Zale responds to opponents of sale to Kay Jewelers' parent Signet

Zale Corp. this morning issued a response to Friday's notification by New York-based TIG Advisors intentions to vote against its buyout by competitor Signet Jewelers LLC. Zale said: "The company is fully committed to completing its transaction with Signet.
