Gas Shielded Flux-Cored Wire is suited for 100% Co2 welding.

2015-12-23 14:31:06| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today

Available in 0.045 in. dia on 33 lb wire baskets, Stoody® 625-T1C is designed for all-position welding of Alloy 625 and dissimilar metals using 100% CO2 shielding gas. Composition of this gas shielded flux-cored joining wire results in all-weld deposit with iron content below 1%, which suits applications requiring corrosion resistance. Classifications include AWS A5.34/A5.34M:2013; ENiCrMo3T1-1; and, ISO: TNi 6625-11.

Gas-Shielded Flux-Cored Wire offers low hydrogen weld deposit.

2015-12-22 14:31:07| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today

In addition to minimizing risk of underbead cracking, FabCO® 750M provides low diffusible hydrogen weld deposits (3.5 mL per 100 g of weldment) on high-strength applications. Minimized spatter and facilitated slag removal reduce interpass as well as lessen instances of inclusions, while arc characteristics let operators produce smooth weld beads with uniform fusion. Offered in .045 and 0.052 in. dia, wire exhibits impact strength at temperatures down to -60°F and tensile strength of 121 ksi.

Flux-Cored Wire provides low-temperature impact toughness.

2015-06-29 14:31:06| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today

Offered in 0.045, 0.052, and 1/16 in. dia, FabCO® 812-Ni1M wire can be used for all-position welding in single- or multi-pass applications. Low alloy wire, operating with shielding gas blend of 70%–80% argon and balance of CO2, creates welds with tensile strength of 93,000 psi and yield strength of 80,000 psi. Meeting NACE requirements, wire creates weld deposit containing <1% nickel and <248 HV10 hardness. Product exhibits minimized diffusible hydrogen levels and moisture pickup.
