Le candidat doit connatre les technologies MIC et MHMIC ou les technologies des cartes circuits imprims multicouches et le montage en surface, de mme que les techniques dessai RFhyperfrquence. Une certaine familiarit des MMIC et des RFIC constitue un atout. Bien quune connaissance pratique des outils CAO RFhypefrquence tels que Touchestone, Libra, Momentum, ADS, HFSS, Autocad et IC Editor soit essentielle, une bonne connaissance de Mentor Graphics est un atout certain. Exprience Le candidat devrait avoir de 5 10 ans dexprience dans ce domaine. ducation B. Sc. ou diplme quivalent en gnie lectrique, matrise un atout. RFMicrowave Engineer This position requires an Electrical Engineering degree with 5 to 10 years of experience in RFMicrowave circuit design. The design engineering position requires a solid knowledge in one or more of the following areas reference oscillators, frequency synthesizers, phaselock loops, frequency multipliers, low noise amplifiers, up and down converters, power amplifiers, linearizers, QPSK modulators, and high speed AD and IF to baseband converters. Knowledge of MIC, MHMIC technologies or multilayer PCB and SMT technologies, RFmicrowave test techniques is required. Familiarity with MMIC and RFICs are important assets. While a practical knowledge of RFMicrowave CAD tools such as Touchestone, Libra, Momentum, ADS, HFSS, Autocad, IC Editor is essential, familiarity with Mentor Graphics is a definite asset Experience Candidates should have 5 to 10 years experience in this field. Education B.Sc or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, M.Sc preferred.
