Compensation rose for many executives at Long Island-based public companies in 2014, but the biggest payday may be on the horizon for the CEO of Pall Corp ., who is in line for a nearly $110 million windfall from his firm's sale. Pay for the top 100 earners at Long Island public companies last year rose $100,000 on average to $2.9 million, according to a survey that accounting firm EisnerAmper with Long Island operations in Syosset conducted for LIBN.
