Talent Acquisition Specialist Deadline for applications ASAP Job Description As part of the ATG Talent Acquisition Team, you will be working in identifying the best profiles to support our projects and customers in the Space, Defence and Big Science domains. Tasks and Responsibilities Source, match and select qualified international candidates, through different databases and social networks Interview candidates facetoface and by telephoneSkype and also facilitate client interviews for candidates. You may occasionally be asked to travel to the customers andor employees to improve the contact, understand the local business needs and acquire a better understanding of the clients needs Negotiate employment offers and inform candidates about percountry legal and expatriate regulationsbenefits and addressing candidates queries Contribute to the development and management of talent pools of candidates using research, networking, complex internet searches, etc. to allow a quick and efficient response. Contribute to strategies to improve and renew our international sourcing channels and activities Represent ATG Europe on key European engineering andor science events Support business development activities, e.g. assist in proposal creation in response to RFIs, RFPs and other tender processes when required Be proactive in finding new customers, targeting opportunities and maintaining and growing existing relationships Work collaboratively on talent acquisition projects Requirements Minimum 3year experience in recruiting within the Space, Defence and Big Science at least one out of three domains Excellent command of English, both written and spoken Commercial and can do attitude Flexible and adaptable to change and work under pressure Eligible to work in the EU Excellent interpersonal and networking skills Excellent attention to details skills and high standard in terms of quality of output Excellent teamwork skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns at the time Experience in working with tight deadlines The following will be considered as a strong asset Additional European languages, in particular German and Spanish Experience in agency work with contractors across Europe Experience in working with contractors across Europe or at an international organization Experience in recruiting security cleared personnel NATO Secret, EU Secret, U2 What do we offer?
