The Connecticut economy picked up steam last year and is expected to do even better in 2015, according to a new economic projection by the Connecticut Center for Economic Analysis. The Connecticut Economic Outlook, a publication of the University of Connecticut, pointed to "the nearly unprecedented creation of 25,000 new jobs in 2014" to argue that "Connecticut has been on what seems to be a powerful upward trajectory."
