This Tx IC family coupled with Anokiwave’s K-band SATCOM Rx ICs provide a complete K/Ka-band earth terminal solution enabling auto-alignment of fixed earth terminals and auto pointing for SATCOM on the move applications using GEO satellite space assets.

The AWMF-0108 is a highly integrated silicon quad core chip that is designed specifically for 5G phased array applications. features all requisite beam steering controls for 5 bit phase and gain control, 26 dB gain and +9 dBm output power during transmit mode and 31 dB coherent gain, 4.0 dB NF, and -23 dBm IIP3 during receive mode. This device has ESD protection on all pins, and is housed in a 48 lead 6x6 mm PQFN for easy installation in planar phased array antennas.

Ka-band Satellite Simulators: LSS Series Datasheet

The LSS series of Ka-band satellite simulators are equipped with dual polarized horn antennas in both the uplink and downlink bands. They are powered by a 12 V, 14 AH internal batteries for 24 hours of operation time. An external charger is supplied with each instrument, but the option is available for an internal chrger for direct 100-240 V 50/60 Hz input.
