The club was founded by Indianapolis native Chris Allen , and its backers include Norman Stiefler, a health care consultant in Louisville, according to the report. Allen told the CJ that his company is in talks with the Louisville Regional Airport Authority about taking over the former Northwest Airlines gates at Louisville International Airport and creating a private lounge there.
