2015-10-06 14:31:07| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today
By monitoring critical control points in water and resource reclamation facilities, Liquiline CA80AM helps facilities meet EPA rules. Colorimetric analyzer uses standard indophenol blue method, which is compliant to ISO 7150-1, DIN 38406-5, and GB 7481-87 standards. Using onboard logbooks for data storage and retrieval, analyzer allows continuous documentation for reporting to regulatory agencies. EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Ethernet, and integrated web server allow integration into any control system.

IFAS System Doubles Ammonia Removal Capacity
2015-10-02 16:39:06| Waste Management - Topix.net
In August of 2007, the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality issued seasonal ammonia discharge limits for the Coldwater Wastewater Treatment Plant , which included a daily maximum ammonia concentration of 2.0 mg/L between the months of May and November. The WWTP began to routinely exceed the new limits in the spring and summer of 2008, and as a result, the Coldwater Board of Public Utilities hired an engineering firm - Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber - to investigate possible upgrades to the facility that would ensure compliance.
